Global Membership Approach Team Leader
Lion Alan Hall
gmatlead@lions105ce.org.uk
In 1991 I became a Charter Member of Glanford & Lindsey Lions Club,
and during my membership of Lions Clubs International I have held various posts including; Club Membership Officer, Club Secretary, Club President, Zone Chairman, District Governor, and I am presently the District GLMT Coordinator, District LCIF Coordinator, Deputy MD GMT Coordinator as well as a Club Director and Trustee.

I pride myself in obtaining a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding Lions Clubs International, having completed all the on-line training modules and various training sessions including the Advanced Lions Leadership Institute, which hopefully has enhanced my leadership ability within the District.
Although my current responsibilities are for the Global Leadership & Membership Teams and the Lions Clubs International Foundation, I am more than willing to provide assistance for any Lion or Club requiring advise or help in any Lions matters; just contact me.

GMA Leadership Support
Lion Graham Venables
gmals@lions105ce.org.uk

I have been a proud member of Lions for 23 years. At club level I have been president, secretary, membership chair, youth chair and activities chair. At District level I have served on cabinet since 2003 having led the Youth Team for many years and  spent 5 years as District Secretary. I am currently the Global Leadership Co-ordinator.

It is my aim tis year to provide as much support and as many development opportunities as possible for club members whether they be recent recruits or established members. I strongly that the sharing of skills and knowledge can only strengthen the organisation and ourselves as individuals. I am always available to provide assistance and would welcome suggestions for the development of new materials.

GMA Membership Satisfaction/Retention Officer
Lion Colin Talbot
gmaro@lions105ce.org.uk
Proud Lion of over 34 years service, having been a member of Brentwood, Romford and currently Clacton on Sea, after moving home. My working life has been dealing with the public as a police officer then upon retirement a CCTV Consultant for a London Council. In both employments, I was responsible for the development/modernisation of procedures to bring them in line with current legislation, this also included the training and development of officers and staff in this respect.
I have served as a member of GMT – Retention, SPT, Region and Zone Chairperson, at Club level all posts including Twinning Officer except for Treasurer.  I am a Certified Guiding Lion working with Hornchurch, a recently formed Club, for the past two years.
My goal - to analyse the reasons for members leaving, pass this information back to the clubs for these issues to be addressed, combined with self-assessment to attract/keep prospective members.

GMA New Member (New Voices)
Lion Chris Speed
gmavoices@lions105ce.org.uk
I'm Chris Speed, a member of the Great Yarmouth Lions Club, I first became a Lion in 2001 but had to step back when my children were born due to lack of time. I continued to support the club as my family grew up and rejoined in 2018. I'm currently the Club President, Zone 3A Chair and GMA  Lead for New Members (New Voices).
I believe Service is the key to keeping a club healthy and growing. I have a saying of "Help others when you can as you never know when you will need help yourself"
