Is there a Community Need near you that is not being fulfilled by an existing Lions Club nearby and YOU would like to make a difference?

Why not start a Lions Club in your area?

To start a Lions Club you only require five like minded people that can get together to meet a community need: that can be a need of an individual or an organisation.

A Lions Club comprises of like-minded people willing to put a little back into society supporting worthy causes. Initially a Club Branch can be formed with five like-minded people with a sponsoring Club overseeing and mentoring them. Following the Club’s development and growth, a Chartered Club can be formed once the Club reaches twenty members.

….something a little less strenuous, standing in a market square, whatever the weather, raffling chocolate eggs.

If you’re the outdoors type and want to help the environment, what about trying your hand at tree planting for a rewarding experience! Here Lions & National Trust volunteers are working side by side

With coronavirus in full swing the Lions helped out in their local community by painting all the bollards around town
