Charter Requirements
- Minimum 20 members
- US$30 per member Charter Fee
- US$20 for Transfer Members
- Club Sponsor
- Two Guiding Lions
- A District starting 10 or more Clubs in any year requires support plan
- A District starting 3 Campus Clubs or 100 Student Members need MDC approval
- Board Policy (Chapter 10) – NCD additional requirements
