International Peace Essay:


What is it? Created to give an opportunity for visually impaired young people to express their feelings of peace. It is competition held at District and National levels. At international level the prize winner will receives an award and US$5,000.

Why bother? Maybe you have a Visually Impaired school in your area? Maybe it’s an opportunity to offer a competition to a marginalised group of people? 

What are the rules? Young people who are visually impaired, ages 11, 12 or 13 on November 15, are eligible to participate. Each essay must be submitted with a completed entry form. Essays must be no longer than 500 words in length, submitted in English, typed in black ink and double-spaced.
