Twinning 

Did you realise that 2 of the Purposes of Lions Clubs relate to twinning?
They are 
To Create and foster a spirit of understanding among the peoples of the world; and
To Unite the clubs in the bonds of friendship, good fellowship and mutual understanding.
 
Bearing these in mind, District 105CE has signed formal Twinning Agreements with 5 other Districts.
They are
France District 103 Nord
The Netherlands District 110 CO
Germany District 111 NH
Romania District 124
Ireland District 133
 
To cement relationships, District 105 CE invites the District Governor and partner of 2 of these twins to attend our District Convention each year, on a rotational basis. For 2024, District Governor Paul has invited the District Governors of France Nord and Ireland. Note that France Nord were invited to our 2023 Convention but had to call off at the last minute due to strikes in France, so have been invited again.
