DG Partner's Appeal
Picture
Every year, from 1st July, we have a new District Governor and they are supported in many of their duties by their partner.  As part of this support, the District Governor’s Partner usually launches an appeal to benefit a charity near to their heart.

This year – 2023/24 – our District Governor – Lion Paul Southerton is supported by his wife, Lion Sue who is delighted to have chosen Cardiomyopathy UK.

Lion Sue says, This is a disease of the heart muscle caused by a small group of conditions that affect the structure of the heart muscle.  It is a disease that can have no symptoms and lie dormant for a long period of time then emerge and can have life changing or fatal consequences.

For more information, please check out the Cardiomyopathy UK website
